Gastronomy – Chez le Pèr’ Gras

Located at 250m from the cable-car station of arrival, the restaurant holds 120 indoor seats and more that 100 seats in an outdoor and shaded terrace, facing the Alps and the Mont Blanc.
A modern assembly room of a 30 seats capacity, set in a mountain style decoration, is also available for meetings.
In this exceptional environment, Laurent Gras and his staff offer recipes that are highly traditional and gastronomic, cooking a high quality cuisine elaborated with in season products.

"I am offering you tasty and fresh recipes as well as an authentic cuisine from the Dauphiné region. I still fully enjoy cooking the Gratin Dauphinois as my Grand-mother did it, following the original recipe that she invented last century. Issued from noble products such as foie gras and the famous lobster gratin, the new specialities I offer are a real passion for me, a passion I am willing to share with all of you…"
