La Bastille : central actor of the cultural and festive life in Grenoble !
La Bastille’s fort, accessible by the cable car of Grenoble from downtown,it is the ideal sedding for all
your festive and musical events: unusual means of tranportation, spectacular and secure, the
amazing scenery of the mountains and the city below, the stone walls special atmosphere, the main
framework of this fortress, registered at the historical monuments, very well kept and displayed…an
unforgettable moment, for everyone!
For festivals, concerts, festive evenings or students balls, the site offers an important potential, going
from its blockhouses rooms to its outdoor spaces. Since 2006, we can list on the site about 8 electro or techno nights, like the presence of Laurent Garnier at the end of 2008, more than 10 student’s
balls every year.
